On April 7, the reporter learned from the Anning municipal government that Anning has signed a letter of intent to develop sister-city relations with Mong Sai County in Oudom Sai Province of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, which will further strengthen the opening and cooperation between Anning and South Asia and Southeast Asia.Mong Sai county, with a total land area of 2,817 square kilometers, is the capital of Oudomxay province and a gateway to other provinces in northern Laos and neighboring countries such as China and Thailand.
